Weight bags for flags

The weight bags prevent the flag from flying up the mast. By attaching it to the bottom strap loop, the flag keeps its shape even in strong winds. Kept in the same neutral gray as the webbing loops, the accessories don`t unnecessarily distract from the flag design.
